OUR MISSION

The goal of the Free Software Corsica, is to spread the Free Software
and the Hardware that support GNU/Linux 100% Libre distro in Corsica.

Our action is to respond of your needs, speaking of informations, demonstrations,
migrations and Install or LAN party on Corsica.

The Free movement as been created from more than 25 years old by the
Free Software Foundation. Most of civilian, professionnal and army server
use GNU/Linux solutions.

WHAT IS FREE SOFTWARE?

This website is full under GNU GPL v3 type of licence
That says that you can use, study, try to understand how it works, share it and
share your own modification, with who you want.

All sort of files under that type of licence are free as in freedom

Hardware, mobile phone, motherd board, BIOS,
A lot of devices are able to make run your favorite free GNU/Linux distribution.

This Freedom, protect you, your compagny and your future.

We have made yesterday a receipe for the last libre-kernel
from the Free Software Foundation Latino America, you can

Why when we made a libre kernel we call it libre-planet ?

LIBREPLANET.ORG

Like every months, we try to help you to discover the Free World.

Libreplanet.org is an essential part of it. There a lot of people which
build this Free World, exchange most of there ideas, conception
and try to define next orientation, or, simply create thinking groups.

The Free Software Corsica has launch the Libre Kernel Group to think on it
The goal of this group is to find the receipe which help every one to compile
his own libre-kernel from FSFLA.ORG sources.

- What is an Install Party ?
An Install Party is a moment to discover new solutions, how their installation is,
how it works. It's an important moment for each other to exchange about their experience
- What is a LAN Party?
A LAN party is when people connect their computer to each other. With that solution,
you can play game, or works in-line. It's a good solution to discover how the corporation
works.

* Feasibility study of migration :
Your work is done on proprietary software. These licenses are obstcacle

We propose to evaluate the different possibilities
