Spotlight on ... "free France!"

It is with lot of emotion that we have read the form 35837 coming from the
French first Ministry of the French Republic Jean-Marc Ayrault.

This one comes with confirmation on the efforts that the french government
will made on free software orientation, (Free as in Freedom cf. Fsf.org),
choice in the use like says in precedent government with different diploma
like B2i and C2i.

It is certain that with just some little errors that contains the form 35837
like the article 3.2.2 about the free software license are not another form of
law, but international law for computers an industries and another error in the
3.2.6 which seems to misunderstood Free Software and Open Source.

Richard Matthew Stallman precise nicely the difference between twice ::
Open Source Misses the point!

Error from the team of the 1st minister that show that they do not understand
what free computing is! Well, our first Minister show and affirm his Libertarian
position … and that is good!

To finish, our point of view, it is a true point in the way of Computers Science,
freedom, free software and free operating system, on the paper, in the way of think …
we are now standing for true act in our school, university, college and government
office.

Sir the first Minister of France, we invite you to invite the Richard Matthew Stallman,
President of the Free Software Foundation!

Free Software Foundation. Most of civilian, professionnal and army server
use GNU/Linux solutions.
